'Falaina kai Falenaki' Original stoneware ceramic whale.

A little piece of the ocean to bring home. There's something about whales that makes us pause. Perhaps, it's their gentle nature, their sense of freedom, or simply the feeling of being reminded that there is a whole world beyond our everyday one. 

I have created a new collection of handmade ceramic whales to bring a little bit of that feeling into your home. 

'Falaina kai Falenaki' Whale and little whale in Greek. I just had to find a very special name for these two beauties. 

They are all individually sculpted by me and and made with a ton of love and care. This glaze is called 'shipwreck' and is a beautiful blue with dark dots of melted crystals. She and her baby have expressive hand-detailed features.  A charming statement piece for any whale lover's home. 

She measures approx 31x9x4cm 12x3.5x1.5'' She hangs on the wall. 

She is stamped with my signature stamp and he comes with an authenticity certificate.

Un petit bout d’océan à emporter chez soi. Les baleines ont quelque chose qui nous fait nous arrêter un instant. Peut-être est-ce leur nature douce, leur sentiment de liberté, ou simplement le fait qu’elles nous rappellent qu’il existe tout un monde au-delà de notre quotidien.

J’ai créé une nouvelle collection de baleines en céramique faites à la main pour apporter un peu de cette sensation dans votre intérieur.

« Falaina kai Falenaki » : baleine et petite baleine en grec. Il me fallait absolument trouver un nom très spécial pour ces deux merveilles.

Elles sont toutes sculptées individuellement par mes soins et réalisées avec beaucoup d’amour et d’attention. Ce vernis, appelé « shipwreck », présente un magnifique bleu parsemé de points sombres formés par des cristaux fondus. Elle et son petit possèdent des traits expressifs, détaillés à la main. Une pièce de caractère charmante pour la maison de tout amateur de baleines.

Elle mesure environ 31 x 9 x 4 cm (12 x 3,5 x 1.5 pouces).

Elle s’accroche au mur.

Elle porte mon cachet de signature et est accompagnée d’un certificat d’authenticité.
